We had 2 very busy months in May and June. Chaweng Noi Land was the big winner with lots of buyers wanting land with sea views and all the amenities in place, power, water, concrete roads and of course Chanote title.
Most of the buyers were interested in a new estate in Chaweng Noi. A location that is close to all the popular beaches, shopping including the new Samui Festival Center, restaurants, bars etc.
This estate Chaweng Noi land while having incredible sea views also has large blocks that are easy to build on.
Due to the extra activity that Property Research Thailand has been receiving this year I have been fortunate to be able to take on board a new partner, Mr Michael Pitt. From Australia who has a wealth of experience in Australia. UK and Thailand in both Real Estate and Banking. Mr Pitt will be joining me in Samui on the 4th of August.
We have also seen plenty of interest in the Condo market with one and two bedroom properties still in demand. This seems to be a strong resilient part of the market that remains buoyant regards of whatever seems to be going on.
Its pleasing to see that many new developments are currently at planning phase and a few will offer stunning locations with outstanding sea views and two / three bedroom options all with pool and terrace.
