Chaweng Noi Land was the big winner with lots of buyers wanting land with sea views and all the amenities in place, power, water, concrete roads and of course Chanote title.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the buyers were interested in a new estate in Chaweng Noi. UK and Thailand in both Real Estate and Banking. Mr Pitt will be joining me in Samui on the 4th of August.<\/p>\n<p>We have also seen plenty of interest in the Condo market with one and two bedroom properties still in demand.
