These are selling well with the locals making sure they don\u2019t miss out.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">There have been some changes in the areas in which Condo construction will be allowed. This\u00a0will bring pressure on Condo prices in the future. With that we would expect to see that demand for Condos will be string as limited sites being available under new regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Our\u00a0Top end of the market 50 ml plus seems to have got new life with a number of beautiful Villas in the Plai Laem area selling fast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Inquiries for the new year have been firm. Many potential clients saying they will be visiting Samui in the early new year.
